e-dec respects your right to privacy. We ask for your name and address information as we need this to send transaction-related information to you and to deliver the products you have purchased. We may also use this information to inform you in the future of new products related to your original purchase. We take all appropriate steps to keep this information confidential including limiting access to client information within e-dec and a strictly enforced policy on all e-dec employees for respecting client confidentiality. In addition, e-dec will not divulge client information to other companies for their marketing or any other purpose.

Security

We use SSL encryption to safeguard your credit card and other information. This is the industry standard protection technology. During a transaction, our server will test your browser and inform you if it does not meet the required level of security. e-dec does not receive your credit card details and so cannot see or use these details. Credit card details move solely to our bank, via secure link, in order to complete the transaction.

Cookies

e-dec does not save ‘cookies’ onto your hard drive. Our server cannot identify your computer after you close your browser at the end of your session.
